Bus Company LED Lighting

This well respected company, Eves Coaches, was looking to not only reduce their carbon footprint by updating their lighting system but also increase their external security.
They were concerned with the threat of fuel thieves; not only for the loss of the fuel itself but also, the loss from having a bus off the road and damaged.

Externally the 400w security floodlighting were changed for 150W LED flood lights. This increased the external lighting levels and ‘lit up like a christmas tree’; highlighting the CCTV system – which has been a great deterrent for thieves.
We paid extra attention to the bus washer as previous lights that had been fitted had failed. We recommended and installed our 50w luminaire as it’s one of the most robust solutions on the market.

We also recommended and installed our non corrosive LED battens for the main garage. These solutions are ideal for these environments.
We installed non glare panels in the office area to replace the existing fluorescent tubes. These solutions are flicker free, and as a result will reduce eyestrain.

With regards to the install we wanted to ensure minimum disruption which was a challenge in itself due to the business being operational for practically 24 hours a day, however we ensured it was completed on time and within budget.
