Returning your product within the initial 14 days
Agron-LED offer a free 14 day money back guarantee.
You have fourteen calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund for the items you have purchased and the cost of standard delivery if you’ve paid for shipping.
- The fourteen calendar days start from the day after you receive your order.
- If you’re returning your whole order and you’ve paid for delivery we’ll refund the cost of Standard Delivery to your country even if you’ve used one of our quicker delivery options. For example, if you pay £5 for a Next Day Delivery service but the cost of Standard Delivery is £3 then we will refund you £3. The extra £2 is not covered under these regulations. If only part of your order is returned, any delivery charge you paid won’t be refunded.

- If you have already received your order, you will need to return to us the items from your order that you wish to cancel. Once you let us know you’d like to cancel we receive your completed Withdrawal Form, we will write and let you know how to do this.
- The items you return must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.
- We try hard to accept all returns. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are packaged well enough that they won’t be damaged on the way back to us. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case we will not refund you.
Items were damaged on delivery?
Please ensure you fully check your delivery and notify us immediately if there are any problems. Should your items arrive damaged, you must notify Agron-LED within 48 hours* from receiving your delivery and follow the ‘How do I return my product?’ (detailed below).
This includes sending us details and evidence of damage/packaging,etc (pictures/photos). Due to strict insurance terms imposed by our couriers, any damages must be notified immediately. Failure to do so will remove any liability from Juice or our couriers and you may be unable to claim any replacement or refund.
Agron-LED will not accept returns or faulty items where the product is, either, outwith the initial 14 days and/or not under warranty.
No refunds are offered after the initial 14 days.
In the unlikely event of a fault occurring within the warranty period of the product, please follow the ‘How do I return my product?’ (detailed below).
If the returned goods are proved* to be faulty a credit note will be issued and you will be re-invoiced when the product is replaced.
*All returns will be checked prior to any replacement being issued to ensure faults have not occurred due to misuse or incorrect installation. Under these circumstances we will not be able to process a refund.
How do I return my product?
- Call us to register the faulty product, where you will be provided with a ‘Goods Return Number’ (GRN).
- Complete a copy of our ‘Returns form’ which can be found here.
- Send us a copy of the completed ‘Returns Form’ along with the product you are returning, to the ‘Returns Address’ – which is detailed below*.
- Upon receipt, the product will be checked** and a replacement/refund will be processed within 5 working days.
*We advise sending any/all returns by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any products that do not reach us.
**All returns will be checked prior to any refunded being issued to ensure faults have not occurred due to misuse or incorrect installation. Under these circumstances we will not be able to process a refund.
