In the unlikely event of a fault occurring within the warranty period of the product, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.
How to return the product
Please email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Telephone number
- Email address used when purchasing the product
- Order number
- Detail of the fault
- Please include whether you want to return the product for a refund or wish a replacement to be sent.
Upon receipt of your claim, Agron-LED will contact you as soon as possible (normally within 24hrs) to arrange the return. Please do not send back the product without first contacting us as it may cause delays.
All returned goods must be checked by us prior to a refund being issued to ensure the fault has not been caused by misuse or incorrect installation. Should the product be deemed to have been damaged as a result of incorrect installation or misuse we will be unable to offer a refund. We aim to replace the faulty product or issue a refund within 5 working days of receipt of the fault claim.
If for any reason you do not receive your order please contact us immediately and we will investigate the problem with the courier for you.
